Individual Therapy

We all develop ways of interacting with the world as a result of our early environment, relationship models and life experiences. Some of those ways served us at one time, but may no longer be effective, or are problematic, in our current lives. This can look like difficulties with interpersonal relationships, boundaries that are too loose or too firm, not enough compassion for ourselves and others, and spending more of life in the past or future rather then being present in the here and now. Individual therapy can help you gain insight into how your past is impacting you in the present and work toward building a more fulfilling life.
